Langley

Dear Langley families

This week has been all about the great outdoors!! The Langley children have relished playing outside in the warmer weather. We have been challenging our gross motor movements with a climbing obstacle course, expressing our creative thoughts through painting, and demonstrating great care for our dolls by dressing them and taking them for walks in our prams.

The Langley children have been very responsible this week caring for all our animals. Phoenix, Rocco, Emma and Teddy fed our very hungry frogs some crickets. Teddy, Sofia, Riani and Claudia helped to change the leaves for the spiny leaf insects and feed the chickens.

We’ve also been very busy preparing some special surprises for our Dads for our Big Boys Breakfast! A friendly reminder for all our Dads - please return your RSVPs and surveys ASAP. Thank you

Next week is Book Week and we are celebrating with guest readers, a staff performance, reading flash mob and a parade next Friday 26th. Children are invited to come dressed as their favourite book character and bring along the book to share. If your child does not attend on Friday, they are more than welcome to participate as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Please save your movie character and superhero dress ups for our movie dress up day on Wednesday 7th September.

Have a wonderful weekend
Renee, Emily, Brooke and Sarah
