Chapple

Dear Chapple families and friends,

We have continued our work on sounds this week with H. We made body letters and even turned it into a guessing game.

Our numeracy skills have developed and we have been working on one more and one less.

The warm weather has enabled us to get outside. Don’t forget the children need a hat for outside play now.

We have been working on the tricky skill of rhyming. The children have had great fun making silly rhymes too. It is a great game to practise in the car on the way home.

Thanks to the Eglinton family who have kindly donated Will’s Chicken House. This has meant that we have been able to get some new additions to the ELC Chicken Clan and the old girls have a posh new house.

Don’t forget Sports Day on Thursday. We will be walking up to the Prep Gym at 8.45am

Have a lovely weekend!
