Chapple

The final week of Term 3 wrapped up with Sports Day which was a great experience for everyone. The weather managed to just about stay fine and wasn’t too warm as well. The children had a selection of activities plus the always fun races.

The children became interested in volcanoes and we started to make our own. We also made up a volcano game where we pretended to be the varying states of a volcano- dormant, extinct and active.

R for robots proved very popular as we made our own and some of the children turned into robots!

As we are beginning to have some warm days which means we can turn on the water fountain, can you please ensure that the children have a hat and a change of clothes in their bags. We don’t have too many spares for the older children and we don’t want to restrict their fun.

When we return after the break in two weeks, we will started Term 4 Show and Tell with the sound “m”.

Time is flying by.
