Wilkins

Welcome back for Term 1, 2017!

Many of our big 3 year old friends have moved up to the Mead room this week and we have welcomed some new little faces and their families to the Wilkins room. We have been so proud of the children (and their brave Mums and Dads!) as they settle in to the classroom, helped by our existing Wilkins children.

The train tracks have been a big hit this week with the children working together, negotiating and sharing to create big tracks.

We have also explored with our senses at the play dough table, making animals, snow men, people, shapes and structures.

The children have loved exploring outside, observing and caring for our chickens, building in the sand pit with mud and water and using our gross motor skills to conquer our climbing obstacles.

We look forward to another action packed week next week.

Best wishes,

Miss Jess, Miss Ellen, Miss Courtenay and Miss Melissa
