Chapple

Wow! What a great start to the new school year. The children have settled in wonderfully and taken part in everything with enthusiasm.

We have been on a treasure hunt looking for “Crowns and Cross”. The PAC badge which shows we belong. We had some great detectives who found some brilliant  examples all around the school.

We read the 'Rainbow Fish' by Marcus Pfister and it helped us to understand that we can feel a whole lot happier when we share. We did some great artwork based on the story, even a few submarines sneaked in too!

We went a little bit “Old School” and we had a go at a “Soul Train.” We have some great dancers and performers.

We finally managed to put our tent up and go camping. We are being very careful with it as James warned us that his dad "jumped on the tent and broke all the legs!”

We have also been practising our numeracy and using our “magic counting finger.”
