During the afternoon program we have been exploring different creatures and learning about their habitat. We are also learning the importance of how to take care of our little friends. We are strongly encouraging children to respect and be kind to animals. It is significant for children to understand empathy and to care for their environment.

In our activity space, most children have been intrigued by anything with wheels. A train mat is proving popular as well as the jungle activity where the children are collaborating together as to how each cog impacts the one next to it and further impacting the monkeys hanging in the trees.
