Mattingley

Dear Mattingley Families,

We have had a wonderful first week of holidays.

We made the most of the beautiful sunshine, spending lots of time outside. We enjoyed learning about yoga and trying out our moves outside on the small oval. Miss C used her expertise to guide us through breathing techniques and taught us some poses such as; lion, snake, frog and butterfly.

We then ventured up to the Rainbow playground where we used our gross motor skills to explore the challenging playground. The water pump was popular with lots of children wanting a chance to pump the water down the creek.

We have loved looking after our chickens this week. We let the big chooks out of their yard to explore the ELC and get some extra exercise. We cleaned their water and topped up their seeds. We especially enjoyed checking in their nesting house for eggs.

Have a lovely weekend!

Miss Gray and Miss Sharon
