Mattingley

Dear Mattingley Families and Friends,

The last few weeks have been full of Christmas festivities and this week has also had its fair share. On Monday Santa visited the ELC and the children decided they wanted to sing a song for Santa. We sang one of our favourites, 'Christmas in Australia'. We have also made ‘cookies’ with gingerbread playdough, continued to work on Christmas decorations and finished off the School year with a lovely Christmas lunch.

Aside from the Christmas activities we have also been learning the Beanbag Song and made and played with soapy bubbles.

As this is my last blog for the year I wanted to thank-you all for the support and kindness that I have received during my time in the Mattingley class. It has been a blessing to be part of this community and I have loved seeing the children develop. Liana and Kerry will continue to work with the children over the summer holidays.

We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Love Cass and Liana
