Cooper

Dear Cooper room Families and Friends,

Welcome to the Summer Program!

We have been lucky enough with the rise in temperature to take advantage of this and commence the day outside. The children have been engaging in water play, cooking, digging and building in the sand pit. Christmas songs have been playing in the Town Square and the children have been happily jiving away to the music.

During inside play time the children have been eagerly engaging in delta sand play. This has given the children the opportunity to extend their play, creativity and imagination through their moulding designs. The children have been playing side by side, working together and sharing their ideas.

Our dramatic play office administration area has taken a lot of interest. The children have been role modelling, improving their social skills and enhancing their ability to pretend.

On Thursday, we joined the Mattingley room and watched the Christmas movie ‘Arthur’s Christmas’. That was great for the children to sit back, relax and enjoy the movie.

We hope you have a wonderful weekend.
