Angwin

Dear Parents and Friends,

We have had an interesting week finding out more about space. We have thought about the names of each of the planets and their characteristics. Then we worked with the inflatable planets to put them in order.

The children enjoyed listening to a song about the planets and their special features. We recorded these ideas to hang under each one.

We have started some investigations into the body and what is on the inside and outside. We have some budding doctors who already know so much!

The children have loved using the magnetic blocks to create different 2D and 3D shapes. It has been a challenge to share the materials with each other. Lots of important thinking has happened.

The children are enjoying sharing their special books for show and tell!

We are hearing lots of wonderful plans in preparation for our characters for Book Week Dress Up, for the parade on Thursday August 24th.

Wishing you all a restful weekend!

Kind Regards,

Pip and Kendall
