Wilkins

Dear Families,

This week has been a very short week with the Easter break. The children have enjoyed reflecting with their peers and educators about their Easter break. Some children went on planes, some spent time with family , but the main topic was all about Easter bunny visiting. It has been great to see the children communicating their experiences with their educators and peers. We set up a painting experiences for the children to paint what they did on the Easter break.

The children were highly interested in the change in weather this week. The rain attracted the children to our classroom door where they were observing the rain. We stood under he verandah to get a closer look. Some children started to feel the rain with their hands and found it highly entertaining.

On Thursday 11th of May we will be holding a Princesses Tea Party to celebrate Mother's Day. We have placed invitations in your children's lockers, if you could please fill them out and place it in the reply box located in the Front Office. We need to finalise numbers, so if you could kindly fill them out ASAP that would be great.

Also on Thursday the 27th of April, the Wilkins Room and the Langley Room will be having a Teddy Bear Picnic. So please send your child's favourite Teddy Bear to join the party.

Love Miss Courtenay, Miss Ellen and Miss Melissa.
