The Nappy Collective

Dear PAC ELC families and friends,

The May 2017 Nappy Collective Charity event is approaching.

Last year, our first ever participation enabled us to donate 3000 disposable nappies. Yes! 3000 nappies! What an effort that was.

We would like to ask for your help again as we participate in the May and October collective this year.

If you are doing some clean out this long weekend and bump into unused disposable nappies, please don’t throw them out. We are happy for you to donate them to our cause. These collected nappies of varied sizes are then sorted by volunteers across Australia and distributed to many organisations whose causes involve providing this much needed commodity to families at times of calamities and difficult family circumstances. It’s a great opportunity to get rid of unwanted nappies, encourage children towards positive toilet training (have you heard of the nappy fairy?) and for our little ones to be heroes themselves.

The collective runs twice a year for two weeks. This is our first call out and will let you know when our boxes arrive and the exact dates of the collective. Please get your friends and families involved so we can work together for this wonderful cause that our little children can relate to.

Giddy Up and get collecting!
