Edgerley

Dear Edgerley Parents,

We have followed the lead of the children this week and gone Christmas crazy!! One glance at our classroom and you can see that we are all consumed by the festive season. The children have created their own Christmas tree, created decorations, started to make card using a print making process, and all of this whilst excitedly practicing for our Nativity play.

We were so excited about our performance that it was a little hard to hold back out enthusiasm as we crossed the oval to the Anzac Hall. We were so thrilled that so many of our parents and friends could be there to see us perform. We must give a special thanks to Aston’s mummy for all her hard face painting work. I’m sure you’ll agree that our sheep looked magnificent.

Congratulations to all the children who confidently took the stage and performed, it’s not always easy to stand up and sing in front of such a large group of people.

Next week we look forward to graduating five of our Edgerley friends who will be leaving us at the end of this year and would like to invite all of our Edgerley students to join us for a very informal class party next Thursday the 8th in our classroom at 2.30.

Kind regards

Mel, Emma, Cris and Satin
