Langley

Hi Langley families and friends,

We had some very special visitors this week! On Wednesday Miss Brooke came to introduce her gorgeous new baby boy to us. The children were a little shy at first, having not seen Miss Brooke in a few weeks, but before long they were fascinated by who she had brought with her. They were very gentle with Boston and watched on as he had his bottle.

Riani - "Her baby"
Sebastian - "Baby"
Alannah - "You're a mummy now"
Mason - "My baby Detty"
Kaeshav - "Boston"

It was wonderful to see Miss Brooke and baby Boston and hope they can visit us again soon!

Also this week, Chad from maintenance used a special machine in the sandpits. William, Hudson and Angus were particularly intrigued as to what was happening. We sat down and watched on. Hudson asked, "What he doing?"
We discovered that Chad was using a rotary hoe to turn all the sand and freshen up our sandpit. Our sand was lovely and soft again - until all the children jumped in it with delight!

Other highlights this week -

Continuing to explore our diggers and trucks. We watched a time lapsed video of a huge building being destroyed which Sebastian, Mack and Oliver were glued to.
Mack - "The exbabator (excavator) knocked down the castle!"
And experimenting with motion with our marble paintings. Leopold - "I made a spider web"

A friendly reminder that Nativity RSVPs are now overdue - please return these ASAP.

Enjoy the week!
