Cooper

Dear Cooper families,

What a busy week we have had in the Cooper room this week! You can definitely tell that we are nearing the end of term 4. Christmas is fast approaching; and in preparation for this have started to create presents that we are giving to our family members at Christmas. We don’t want to give too much away, but they are made from salt dough and will look absolutely beautiful once they are finished.

On Thursday morning the whole ELC made their way to the ANZAC Hall for our Nativity rehearsal. It was a lovely opportunity to see the different year levels perform as it gets very busy on the day and sometimes we miss out on watching our peers. Mr Ty and I were both very proud of the way the children presented themselves on stage and sang the songs we have been practicing for weeks. Well done!

Our investigation into colour mixing and rainbows continues in the class this week. Thank you to all of the children who brought in something in for our class rainbow. It is looking fantastic and many children are now able to identify all of the colours in the rainbow and the correct order of the colours.

We hope that you have a lovely weekend.

Love Miss Gilbert and Mr Ty
