Mead

Hello Mead families and friends,

We hope that you have all enjoyed the long weekend!

This week we ventured to the work shop, continuing to discover another environment in which the children feel safe, secure and supported; choosing from an array of spontaneous experiences furthering their fine and gross motor skills. The children really enjoyed playing in the workshop building on friendships as they play alongside each other.

Leonardo’s favorite part was “the blocks”
Yifan enjoyed the “dress ups”
Cooper liked the “boat”

The children have continued to demonstrate strong interest with water play! Mrs Prest hosed the sand pit for the children to build and play with the wet sand.

Thursday we had our Chinese lesson!!!

On Friday, we celebrated Harmony Day by joining hands to form a big community circle with all the children present in the ELC. This was a great way on coming together and celebrate peace and love.

We also had P.E on Friday in the prep school gym, the children display such joy and happiness as they further their movement and co-ordination skills as well as gross motor skills.

We would like to also wish a very happy birthday to both Miss Elodie and Mrs Nacca who both share their birthday on Friday 18th.

We hope you have a lovely weekend!
Mrs Prest, Miss Elodie and Mrs Nacca
