Edgerley

Dear Edgerley Families,
There has been lots of excitement and talk about Christmas over the past few weeks. The children have enjoyed sharing special items from home and talking about how they celebrate Christmas.
Santa gives you presents under a Christmas tree. Dad leaves biscuits and choccies for Santa. Tallulah
Santa’s bit cheeky. Why he give everyone presents? Why he not sleep? Joshua
If you’re not good boys or girls you get a lump of coal. David
My cats have to help Santa this year. Oscar
When it’s Christmas morning you wake up and look under your Christmas tree and open your presents. And before that you have to check if Santa Christmas has drank all his beer and aten (eaten) all of his food. Oliver
When we sleep we need to wake up and see what happen outside. William
I’ve got a big chimney and it’s got a big hole and Santa Clause can fit through it. Jasper
We open Christmas crackers. Zoe
I put everything on the Christmas tree all by myself and even the star. Ollie
Stefan brought an Advent Calendar in for show and tell. The children enjoyed working together to sort all the draws into the correct order. Stefan explained what his special calendar was and how he uses it.
“It’s a Christmas Calendar. Every single night Santa comes and puts some lollies or smarties or chocolates in it. Then in the morning I eat them.” Stefan
The children are currently working on an Advent Calendar for our class.
*Nativity - Thursday 26th at 3pm in Anzac Hall*
