Chapple

We are getting to that crazy time of the year where we are madly rehearsing for Nativity and our “secret Graduation business.”
(Dates: Nativity 26th Nov at 3pm and Graduation 3rd December 11am).
The children do a lot better at remembering which is which than the teachers!

We still managed to do some beautiful work as a class on poppies and made some individual ones with our buddies for Remembrance Day . Some of the children also did some lovely drawing and painting based on a landscape painting we saw of a poppy field.

We have continued our work on our numeracy and have had fun with numbers and patterning.

Week 6’s sounds are rather confusingly “f” for fog and “b” for bat as we double up a few sounds to make sure we get them all in before the end of term.
