Wilkins Room

Dear Wilkins families,

The children have continued to explore their creativity at the making table this week, using different materials that we discovered in the art room.

We have been exploring light futher, creating images and writing letters and numbers in the sandbox at the light table.

"It's a seven" - William H

"It's a five" - Ned
"It's a princess" - Lucy

We have shared stories about things that happen at night time and have begun exploring our understandings and knowledge about night and dark - we know so much already!

Please note that we still like to rug up and explore the outside environment in this cold weather. If you have gumboots and raincoats that you can send in each day that would be fantastic! (And an extra set of clothes for puddle jumping!)

Best wishes for a dry and warm weekend,

Karla, Amy and Jess
