Cooper

Hello Cooper friends and family

This week we started to experiment with torches and how they shine light on objects when we turn the lights off. To expand on this experimentation we decided to make a black out tent in the classroom. Groups of children went into the tent with torches and looked at various books and had a chat with each other.

This week we also had our first visit to the Prep library. Mrs Buchanan read us a story and we were able to look at all the different books available.

Just a reminder that in the afternoon Miss Adele will be working with the Cooper children. Miss Adele currently works in the Cooper room during the day at various times and knows all of the children. Each afternoon we will make sure we pass on any information about your child's day to her so please don't hesitate to speak with her.

Have a great weekend
