Dear Cooper families,
Mud, mud EVERYWHERE! What a fun filled day we had on Thursday in
celebration of International Mud Day. There were several very muddy experiences
set out in the Town Square and outside yard for the children to explore. It was
wonderful to see the children freely engage in a range of sensory filled
adventures.
We have been adding numerous leaves to our Recycling Tree this
week. A big thankyou to our main recycling contributor Lotti, for donating
piles of rubbish for the children to eagerly sort each day! We haven’t quite
reached 100 leaves yet, however, we will be continuing this project in the
holidays as I have a tree ready to plant once we reach our goal.
What a wonderful time that we have had in the Cooper room together
over the past year! I feel privileged to have been a part of the children’s
learning journey since they started in the Cooper room last year. Even though I
will miss the current Cooper room children, I am equally as excited for them as
I know that they are very excited for the next stage in their ELC journey to
the Edgerley room. Please come in and say Hi next term!
I hope that you have a great term break and I am sure that I will
see you all next term.
Love Miss Gilbert and Mr
Richards.
