What a fantastic day we had this Wednesday as a hundred
superheros and movies stars ran, flew and beamed themselves to ELC!!!
We had a
frenetic noisy time introducing our friends to our dress up characters. We saw
lots of spider men and Princess Elsas as well as plenty of puppies from Paw Patrol.
Staff also got into the swing of things and, even though Ms Mason-Corey insisted that she was wearing her normal clothes, her red fuzzy hair suggests
she was actually the Mad Hatter!!!!
Mid morning we all decided to have an
impromptu disco. We enjoyed
grooving away to some popular movie tunes with “You can’t stop the beat” from
the movie Hairspray sending children and staff alike onto the dance floor for a
boogie.
We’d like to thank the parents for not only supporting such a fun day
but also for helping us save these characters for this day instead of Book Week.
