Cooper

Dear Cooper Families and Friends,

We hope you enjoyed your summer break. It has been lovely to hear about what the children have done over the last few weeks.

Our first week back has been full of exciting activities and adventures. On Tuesday we visited the Secret Garden over at the senior school. It was a great opportunity for the children to use their imagination as we encouraged them to look for fairies and elves.

As the children have been using our fresh sparkly play-dough we have heard them comment on the shapes and objects that they have been creating.

Jay - Look. A snake
Charlotte - I made a birthday cake
Yichen - It stuck

Throughout the week some of the children have also spent some time painting their interpretation of a beach .

Thomas - It's getting much deeper now (the water). I painted some seashells.
Mason - Look at mine

On Thursday we had a special visit from Mr. Oopy. During this visit the children had a great time singing, dancing and playing instruments. In addition to this Mr. Oopy bought along a bubble machine and some giant bubble wands. The children were excited to chase, catch and pop lots of bubbles.

Lucy - I loved the big bubbles.
Poppy - I loved catching bubbles.
Eddie  S. - I love bubbles.
Nicholas - I catch them.

Have a great weekend,

Sharon, Cass & Jana
