Langley

Dear Langley families and friends

We've been quite busy this week in the Langley room.

We had lots of fun working in the sandpit. Digging big holes, building tall sand castles, and the children even helped the educators with moving the play spaces around for something different.

In our new playspaces outside the children really enjoyed the art space. They did some glueing, drawing and painting. They loved the freedom of being able to explore their artistic ways outdoors.
They also love our new cubby in the garden area.

Miss Renee brought in some oranges for the children to try and we also made some delicious freshly squeezed orange juice which we tasted at afternoon tea on Thursday. Next week to follow on from that experience we will show the children how to make orange juice with an electric juicer rather than the hand juicer.

Our new friends are settling in really well and enjoying their new classroom. Some of their favourtie activities this week have been play dough, painting and the sorting corner.

We look forward to seeing you all next week and enjoy your weekend.

Miss Sarah, Miss Emily, Miss Brooke and Miss Renee
