Langley

Dear Langley Families
This week the Langley children have been very busy.
We celebrated National Mud Day on Monday by splashing and jumping in big muddy puddles with our gumboots. We had so much fun that we continued mud play throughout the entire week. The children couldn’t get enough of it.

The children also went over to the big yard to visit the chickens. They are very big now and have their own chicken run. We were able to step inside the chicken run and play with the chickens. Miss Renee picked one up for the children to pat and feel its feathers. The children were quite surprised to see how big the chickens had grown from the last time we saw them.
We were lucky enough to participate in an Aboriginal dot painting. Some of the Langley children painted dots with different coloured paints onto the beautiful painting which will be displayed in the centre.

Next week is disco week so don’t forget to bring some of your favourite music and if you’re feeling groovy you can dress up in your disco clothes. Get ready to dance, dance, dance.
Have a lovely weekend.

Miss Brooke, Miss Emily and Miss Renee.
