Mattingley

Ahoy there me hearties!

What a fabulous week the children have had in search of buried treasure. Armed with their treasure maps that they have been making, they set off sail in the classroom canoe in search of treasure.

X marks the spot- Cameron

It will be chocolate treasure- Aiden

Working together we have been creating an ocean cove around our canoe. The children have been very creative as they used a range of materials to make sea creatures to add to the cove. Many of our children a sea creature experts and have been sharing with us all that they know of the amazing animals of the deep. We look forward to adding to our ocean cove over the next few weeks as well as hopefully finding that buried treasure.

Just a quick reminder that next Wednesday (the 22nd) is photo day. Our session will be from 11am-11.30am. If you wish to have your child’s photo taken please remember to bring in your order form.

Have a wonderful weekend,

The Mattingley team
