Langley

Dear Langley room families,

We’ve had a fun filled start to Term 4! We kicked things off by celebrating Isaac’s 3rd birthday. After we sang to Isaac, we shared delicious banana muffins. On Thursday, Heidi from Dancify came and taught us a dance to a song about a sleeping bear. The children really enjoyed learning all the actions.

Billy the tadpole is no longer a tadpole! He’s finally grown into a little frog, so this week we moved him into a new tank with land and rocks so he can jump around. The children are fascinated by Billy the frog and love looking for him in his new environment, as he is very good at hiding! We’ve also been feeding him crickets so he grows even bigger.

Finally, to finish off the week, we made orange and banana smoothies with the fruit Dominic’s dad brought in. Thank you Antonio, the children loved their smoothies and so did the teachers.

A reminder about school photos next Wednesday 22nd October – 10-10:30am   If your child does not attend on Wednesdays and you would like their photo to be taken, please come along at the scheduled time.

Enjoy the sunshine this weekend!
