Langley

Dear Families and Friends,

We have had a busy week this week, welcoming more friends back to school that are returning from holidays.

To escape the warm weather we had a lot of water play, using the sprinkler and buckets of water we shared a lot of laughs. This lead to more conversations about waterfalls – the children are showing interest in learning new knowledge about waterfalls. We will work together to create our own!

A few of the children mentioned that Father Christmas left them karaoke machines under the tree, we decided to create a performing area. Having a stage, instruments and even a REAL microphone! The children loved creating sound and taking the spotlight to perform for one another!

Thursday was bike day, we blocked off the car park and rode around. Some of the children who had bikes were so generous and lent them to their friends who didn't have one, how kind!

Welcome to Savni and Lachlan, you have both done so well at settling into the Langley Room. We are looking forward to getting to know you more and watch you learn and grow.

Much love,

Miss Emily, Miss Brooke and Miss Renee.
