Langley

Dear Langley Families and Friends

This week we had a very exciting visitor come to the centre to talk with us. His name was Pete and he was a police officer. Pete spoke with the children about safety, the different types of police officers in the field and the number to call when there is an emergency. He also brought in some of the different uniforms for the children to see and try on. The children loved trying the hats and jackets on.

We also had Pyjama Day on Friday. The children dressed in their favourite PJ's and made some lovely donations. We had a dance party and took lots of photos with our friends in our PJ's.

We did have to say goodbye to a few of our Langley friends and their families this week though, as they head into the Cooper room next week to start term 3 with their new teachers, friends and classroom. We have had a ball with each and every one of the children moving up and even though we will miss them lots we will still see them around the centre. Best of luck to those friends on their new adventures.

On another note, we have been welcoming some new friends to the Langley room, this week, as they have come in for visits and will be starting with us next week also. We look so forward to getting to know them and their families and are looking forward to the term ahead.

Have a great weekend.
