Chapple

Dear Chapple families

We read a very funny and strange book called The Paper Bag Princess.
We thought about what does a princess look like?
Annie: Looks like she is wearing a wedding dress but she is not.
Oliver: They look beautiful.
Carter: They have a crown.
Ned; A beautiful dress.
Finny: Wear a tu-tu and pink shoes.
Olive: High heels.
Scarlett: Beautiful jewels.
Carter: Sparkles on the dress.
Harrison T: Beautiful crowns.
Loukas- Blonde hair.
Isaac: Wear a tiara
Carter: Sit a special chair.
Lachlan: A throne.

This book proved to be a little bit different and challenged the way we think.

We had great fun making our own paper bag princesses and turning them into puppet shows.

Bernie was the very first recipient of the Chapple Champion. I sure it will spur on many more to get one.

Just a reminder a school hat is now required for outside play.

It amazing to think this is nearly our last term together.

Thanks
