Amazingly
the build up to the end of Term has started already! We are now discussing
Graduation, Big School and even Christmas!
We
have still managed to get in some letter making using blocks and train track.
Ms Wegener and the children did a wonderful activity comparing and contrasting the size of flowers.
Photo
day proved to be very exciting! We discussed why we have photos.
Sam: Because it’s a special day.
Seb: So we know whose locker it will be. We might
put things in the wrong locker.
James: They take them so they can send them to
people around the world, so they know who is moving class or going to big
school.
Leonardo: If it is something you like and you aren’t
going to see it again. You take a picture to look at it again.
Jonas: If you don’t have a picture on your locker.
How will you know which is your locker?
Flynn: So we know what we look like.
Haris: You have to take a picture so your mummy and
daddy are happy.
Liliana: Because they will be beautiful and you can
give them to someone you don’t know.
Alana: When we go to a different big school, we need
pictures for people who don’t see us again.
We then looked how we use photos on identity
badges to help us keep us safe.
Please could you let us know where your
child is going to school next year. This is to assist us in transition.
This
Week’s Show and Tell- the sounds are g for goat and o for orange
The
children have been asked to bring in some dress up clothes in a bag for some
“secret graduation business.” This will be for a one off and they can come home
after they have been filmed.
Graduation
