Chapple

Dear Chapple Families

This week wraps up the first half of the year. The children went to watch the Edgerley graduation as a taste of things to come for the Chapple children.

You should all have received a copy of the literacy program for Terms 3 and 4. Show and Tell will be based around this.

The children have been continuing with keeping safe and have been practising ringing for an ambulance in an emergency. The children are becoming very responsible citizens. It was very amusing last week to hear them tell Peter the Police which mums used their phones whilst driving and which dads drive too fast! The policeman could hardly contain his amusement when one or two children told him to look out for the colour and make of their parents’ car.
Sea Star Rock came and performed for us and were a great success.

Zoe: There was a blue whale, a pirate.

Lachlan: A star sea.

Zoe: And a scary monster they showed.

Lucas: It was funny when the dolphin came.

Benji: My favourite was the pirate and the whale café.

Hannah: we danced. They changed their costumes.

Abi:I liked the pirate.

Lucy: I danced with Sea Star Rock.

Adi: I like the person who turned into a surf board and the whale and penguin and crab. The crab pinched.
