Cooper

Dear Cooper Families

This week in the Cooper room we have been very busy building our ambulance for the classroom. When we spoke about what we would need to put in our classroom ambulance, this is what the children said:

Cooper class: Sirens! Nee Naw Nee Naw!

Sebastien Haskett – Flashing lights.

Aston – It needs windows.

Rory – It needs a bed.

Hamish – It needs a bed for sick people.

Lewis – A radio.

We discussed what colours we would need to paint the ambulance. Our first thoughts were that ambulances were coloured red, blue and white. We decided to search on the internet to find out what colours the ambulances were. We found that ambulances in South Australia were coloured white, yellow and green.
We used these pictures to help us choose which colours we would need to paint our classroom ambulance.

Hamish – Red for the siren.

Sebastien Haskett – Green.

Struan – Pink…Red!

Alexander – White.

Hamish – We need green too.

Zara – I can see blue and its red (pointing to the lights on the ambulance).

Sebaisten Haskett – We are getting the colours we need.

We have loved painting our class ambulance; however, it has been a little tricky waiting for our paint to dry as everyone wants to play with it now J!

Enjoy the weekend
