Edgerley

Dear Edgerley Families and Friends

Welcome to 2017! We are still enjoying holidays and our first week of summer holidays went really well. The fun from the Christmas break has been a huge talking point, with many stories and thrilling information about presents from Santa. There was an abundance of fantastic excitement coming from all directions and we would love to see some photos, therefore please feel free to bringing one in to share with the class.

We have had a busy week welcoming our children into the room. There was a lot to explore in our room and in the school, new painting easels, sparkly colours, new books, home corner, dress ups, multi coloured playdough.

This week the children have become scientists. They have been making predictions, observations and reflecting on the science experiments that we have carried out.

We are fortunate that the weather has been nice and warm this week. We have had plenty of games during our outdoor and indoor time. This increases the child’s sensory and also increases their skills to interact with one another.
We also enjoyed gardening, movie and face painting.

*Please send bathers on Tuesday 17th January as we are going to have lots of fun in water.

Lots of love

Mrs Kaur and Miss Kerry
