Mead

Dear Mead Room families,
A lot can happen in a week!

We celebrated Ellie’s 4th Birthday;

Ellie – We bought party hats from the shops, everyone sang ‘Happy Birthday dear Ellie’ and there were dinosaur candles!

We welcomed Lachlan home from Bali;

Lachlan – an elephant kissed me!

We are still exuberantly caring for our babies in the home corner and Miss Jess asked if we would like to see baby Ruby have a bath.  Yes Please!  So we excitedly prepared for baby Ruby to visit Mead Room.

Lucy – Babies only like little sounds

Jack – or else they cry

Scarlet – They like to have a dummy

Abi – we need to be gentle with babies

Ellie – Babies can'.
.3.3t talk

So Miss Jess and baby Ruby arrived…. And we tried to be as quiet as we could so we didn’t startle her.  Then Miss Jess gave Ruby a bath!

Ellie – She’s little

Lola – my Poppy has a bath

Miss Jess filled up the bath with warm water then Ruby had her bath.  Even though she can't talk like we do we knew how she was feeling because we looked at the expression on her face…. She was smiling.

Aston – Happy!

Thankyou Miss Jess and Ruby!

We had another visitor this week too.  Scarlet’s cousin Josh shared amazing information with us about their grandfather, Ronald.  When he was young he went to the other side of the world and flew planes so that we can live peacefully and safely today.  Josh showed us Ronald’s  medals and photos of when he was young, aswell as photos of what he looks like today.  We compared the two photos and noticed he had changed quite a bit…………

Don’t’ forget the Family Easter Egg Hunt and Picnic is on this Sunday, 22nd March @ 3pm. Tusmore Park.

Have a great weekend,
Melissa and Maddie
