Mead Room






Dear Mead Parents,
The interest in machines just keeps on flowing in the Mead Room. This week the children have found another use for a salad spinner. Not only can they spin off water from lettuce leaves, they can also be used to create interesting 'splatter paintings'.
"Look, I spinning it," Eden commented.
"It spinning the paint inside,"Abhi said excitedly.
"I put on the lid. Now I'm spinning it. Now I finished. Now I will look inside," Leonardo gave a running commentary.
"The machine did make my painting" Sebastian described.
