Edgerley Room

Dear Edgerley Families and Friends,

Our week started off with making Gingerbread Men with Mrs Rocca after we read the Gingerbread Pirates story. We also started creating our Treasure Island – watch out, we have some terrifying pirates, but also some friendly ones who will share their treasure with you! We’re very excited about writing our story about ‘Nicey the Caterpillar’ – David Grice (Zac’s dad) is going to come in and help us create some sound effects to go with it! The author Tracy Shmith came in and shared her Monarch book with us and she gave us even more really interesting facts about the Monarch Caterpillar and the lifecycle of a Monarch. Next week we look forward to visiting the PAC Sound Recording Studio and also Sports Day. Mrs Rocca and the team of Edgerley and Chapple Co-Educators have got a marvellous Holiday Program all ready to launch in just over a week.

Looking forward to seeing you all at Sports Day!

Coney, Renee, Nickarla and Katherine
