Dear Parents,
Every day at snack time we are visited by a rainbow feathery flurry on our rooftop beside the café. A pair of rainbow lorikeets entertain the children by strutting along the roof line, hanging from the corners and stretching their wings and chatting and chirruping away. We have responded to the children’s strong interest in this by setting up an observation table in the café. We would like to borrow a few pairs of very sturdy binoculars for the children to get a closer look. If you have a set of binoculars that can cope with little hands that you would happy to loan us for the next two weeks please pass them to Mrs Porter for our observational table.
