Dear Mattingley families and friends,
This week we have introduced some tadpoles into our
classroom, which has sparked many discussions about how they will grow into
frogs. We have also spoken about what we will need to feed the tadpoles and how
we are going to care for them while they are in our classroom. Over the week
the children have been enjoying closely watching them, noticing how they are
moving, how they are changing and what they are eating.

begin growing. I wonder if you will be the first to spot them?
We would like to wish Thomas, Joshua D and William a
very happy 3rd birthday this week. We hope that they have had a lot of fun
celebrating their birthdays with their families and friends. On Thursday
afternoon we were lucky enough to celebrate Thomas' birthday at ELC by sharing
cup cakes and hearing about his special day. If you would like to order
cupcakes for your child's birthday all you have to do is see Mandy at the front
desk. We love celebrating birthdays in the Mattingley classroom.
We hope you all have a wonderful weekend,
Kimberley
