Have You Seen Our Shark?

Dear Parents,

There was much excitement in our centre today with a potential escapee on the loose. A sleeping shark in his tank was “delivered” to the centre in a tall box (or so the story goes!) yesterday, BUT when we came to school this morning a huge bite mark had appeared in the box (along with some drip marks) and the shark was gone!! Much discussion was had by all classes and the four year olds even went on a hunt around the Prep and Senior School to see if they could locate him. We even ran into the Headmasters assistant, Mrs Gleaves, who informed us that she had indeed seen a fin in the school fountain earlier that morning! But alas, no shark was to be found. Where could he be? The children have drawn illustrations and written some notes to inform the general public about a shark on the loose…..so keep your eyes peeled!
