Dear Cooper Families,
We have had a wonderful first week back in the Cooper room. It is lovely to see the friendships and teamwork in the classroom has blossomed even more over the Autumn holiday break.
Over the week I noticed the children helping and
supporting each other throughout the day. The children showed their comradery
through helping another friend with a difficult puzzle, giving someone a hug
when they were sad or helping another child pack up at the end of the day.
These beautiful gestures represent just how far we have come since the start of
our year together and demonstrate how we work together as a Cooper room team.
We have been busily preparing our beautiful Mother’s Day gifts for
our wonderful mums this week. They look amazing and the children are very proud
of the finished product. We can’t wait to give them to you at our Princesses
Tea Party on the 11th of May. If you haven’t already RSVP’d could
you please do so by Monday next week.
We have been looking further into our exploration into the birds
around our school. We went on a very long bird watch walk on Tuesday, where we
came across many different types of birds that live around our school. The
children love looking and listening for the birds on our walks and become very
excited when one is spotted.
We hope that you have a lovely weekend.
