Dear Mattingley Families and Friends,
This week we have been investigating Chinese New Year
and how it is celebrated. As part of this Celebration we had the year 10
International Students from the Middle School come and perform a Lion dance for
us. It was very loud, a little bit frightening and very exciting. The children
were all very brave.

On Thursday we had a special visit from Rusty who brought with him

to some wonderful conversations back in the classroom.

We would also like to wish Mrs Rocca all the best for her wedding
this weekend. She has been married to her wonderful husband Tony for seven
years and they are renewing their vows this Saturday. We can't wait to see
some beautiful photos on Tuesday Mrs Rocca.
