Dear Families
It
has been a busy two weeks in the Wilkins room and around the grounds at PAC. We
have spent some time in the BIG yard and watching the gardeners keep our yard
clean and tidy. We helped them to pick up sand using wheel barrows, buckets and
spades. We had lots of questions for the gardeners!
We
have been on some walks around the school, to the oval for some parachute fun,
the rainbow playground and a picnic lunch at the front of the school. We
watched traffic go by during our picnic. We saw trucks, cars, motorbikes and
even an aeroplane.
Summer
is coming and we have made the most of this warmer weather for sand and water
play, washing our dollies, and making mud pies. The Wilkins room have also been
busy planting magic beans to make a beanstalk, just like the one in the story
‘The Jack and the Beanstalk.’
To
finish off our holidays we had a dress up day, we had tigers, pumpkins, firemen,
mermaids and many more. The Wilkins Master Chefs were also busy preparing ingredients
and mixing our dough to make delicious muffins for our class party. Eating them
was definitely a highlight!
Have
a lovely weekend.
Wilkins
