To assist us with the effective management of supervision and numbers of children throughout the day, we will be trialling a new sign in/sign out system.
From Monday 8 September we will be changing to a 'day to a page' signature system. Please ensure that you (or authorised collection person) signs your child in and out and that a staff member has been notified that they are here or have been collected.
As you are aware with such a large centre it is a huge task to know how many children we have at any given time. We are hoping that with a less 'busy' sign in/out page we can conduct regular head counts with ease. We welcome your feedback as to how you feel this system is working once we have implemented it.
If you miss a signature all sheets will now be in a 'Missed Signatures' folder at the front desk. Please find your child's room in the folder, the day you have missed and sign in or out. It is a Government requirement for Child Care Benefit and Child Care Rebate that parents sign off the attendance sheets and we thank you in advance for your cooperation with this.
