Dear Langley families,
This week in the Langley room we have continued to observe our stick and spiny leaf insects. Children have been very responsible taking care of our pets by spraying them with water daily. They have also been very attentive and have noticed what the insects mostly do in their environment.
Ben – I think he's asleep
Austin – he's climbing
Toby – baby ones. They want to eat the leaves
Denver – he's climbing for the roof

Also this week, children have been practising their balancing, throwing and catching skills, as well as their hand-eye coordination. We have been using little bean bags to throw in the air and trying to catch them. We also tried putting them on our heads and walking around the room without them falling off. It was a bit tricky! Finally, on Friday we celebrated Red Nose Day by painting our noses red.
Have a great weekend.
