We have had a request for this recipe so here it is !
500gms Diced Lamb
2 med onions
1Pkt frozen mixed vegetables
Maggie Gravy Mix
Vegetable stock
cornflour
Potatoes, boiled and mashed
Saute Lamb and onions ,cover with vegetable stock and simmer until tender. : 1 hr stove top or 20 mins in pressure cooker
Add frozen vegetables , bring to boil and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Thicken with a mixture of gravy mix and cornflour in water.
Place mixture in a baking dish and cover with mashed potato. Bake in oven until potato starts to become crisp on top.
Rob uses the same recipe for Cottage Pie but substitutes Beef mince instead of lamb.
