Edgerley Health Checks

Dear Edgerley Parents ,
Carol , our local CAFHS nurse will be visiting the ELC on March 27th and May 2nd (if needed)to perform pre-school health screenings. If you would like to take advantage of this service please visit Mrs Porter to book an appointment time. You will be required to bring your child's blue book and fill in the form that will be placed in your child's pigeon hole.
