The Cooper and Mead children have been very busy this week getting ready for Easter. The Easter Bonnet Parade was a very exciting day. The Children worked hard to design and create some fantastic bonnets!
We have also been experimenting with patterns this week. The children discovered patterns in some interesting places.
“Look at this pattern, hey its teeth!” exclaimed Deacon.
“Mine is a fish” explained Erin.
On Wednesday we were lucky enough to finally catch a glimpse of that shark that has been on the run (or swim!). Luckily he was outside the ELC fence. We managed to get a photo and the children quickly sketched what they had seen, so now we have evidence of its existence!
Have a safe and happy Easter.
