If you have not already supplied us with a copy of your child's immunisation record could you please do this asap. It is part of our license conditions that we need to keep these records as it enables us to track any children at risk if there is an outbreak of any immunisable disease. If we do not have this information we will assume that your child is not immunised and they will need to be excluded from the centre when any of these diseases are present. If you have provided this information already but your child has had further immunisations since that time could you please give us an updated copy.
If your child is not immunised for any reason please make sure that you have let us know this also.
