Our investigations about shadows has taken the Edgerley class around the world....... their interest in the world, globes and countries has lead us to looking at books about people from around the world. One amazing fact we discovered was - that we are all the same (people), yet different! We ALL have hair, but it is different, we ALL have noses but they are different shapes and sizes, and we ALL have eyes but they too are not all the same. We took photos of our eyes to see how different they really are. It was so tricky to tell whose eyes they were and we then discovered that "YES" we are all boys who have two eyes, but our eyes are all different shapes, sizes and colours. These are displayed on our classroom windows...... can you guess which eye belong to each child?Keep an 'eye out' for more photographed features that will be put on display.
